The Club at Ibis plays host to not just a range of sports, recreational, culinary, and social activities and events — we also foster an environment that encourages community-focused contributions. Members serve on several charitable boards and donate their time and resources to a range of local nonprofit organizations. We’ve highlighted two significant organizations below.
IBIS CHARITIES FOUNDATION
Through the generous support of Members, the Ibis Charities Foundation helps fund a range of local charities, nonprofits, and not-for-profit organizations. These local groups provide food, clothing, housing assistance, medical care, offer counseling and educational programs, and accomplish many other needed services and outreach.
Our popular ‘Weekend of Events’ also activates every aspect of the Club to raise money for local charities. This year, Ibis Charities, in conjunction with Building Homes for Heroes, provided a mortgage-free home to a local veteran.
The Ibis Charities Foundation was selected as the Outstanding Philanthropic Foundation of the Year in 2018 by the Palm Beach County Chapter of the Association of Professional Fundraisers.
IBIS FRIENDS OF VETERANS
The Ibis Friends of Veterans (IFOV) was founded by Ibis Members in 2012 with a singular goal of raising funds for local charitable organizations that provide support and services for veterans in need who reside in Palm Beach County. The IFOV was aware that many veterans experience a variety of hardships and challenges as they transition from a structured military life back to civilian life. To date, IFOV has raised over $2,000,000 for local veterans.
The Club at Ibis is a true destination community with numerous accolades and offers a financially smart value for an impressively comprehensive lifestyle.
Our ongoing attention to responsible fiscal management year over year means that The Club at Ibis’s financial stability is well established. We have earned a sterling reputation within the club industry and in the Palm Beach community at large.
Our solid financial position ensures our ability to sustain the full range of amenities and services our Members enjoy and confirms Ibis as a place that will be enjoyed for the generations that follow. As the second-largest private residential country club in Florida, the Club continues to perform extremely well and has significant cash flow, allowing it to invest excess cash in future projects and amenities and to reduce membership costs. Over the past seven years, the Club has completed $40 million in capital improvements without assessing Members.
In March 2026, the Members overwhelmingly approved a major $63 million Capital Improvement Plan that will enhance the Club and golf facilities over the next three years. The project will be funded primarily through the Club’s strong cash reserves, with only a modest assessment to Members, reflecting our long-term financial strength and responsible stewardship.
The nine-Member Board of Directors approves budgets and provides long-range planning solutions, and the thirteen Committees serve as advisors to management and the Board.
It takes a lot of Member volunteers:
The Ibis Executive Management Team represents:
The Club at Ibis was founded by innovators who shared a vision of a fully inclusive country club community that feels like a full-time resort. When this vision was realized through 33 distinct neighborhoods united in a 2,000-acre private community, our founders turned to other innovators to lead Ibis and ensure the Club experience stays vital, active, expansive…and evolves with the times.
Ibis Members have approved a transformative $63 million Capital Investment Plan with construction beginning in 2026, marking an exciting new chapter in the evolution of Ibis.
This comprehensive initiative includes significant renovations and enhancements to the Tradition Golf Course, Clubhouse, Community Building, and Racquets Complex, introducing two padel courts, 12 new pickleball courts, and expanded recreational offerings.
The plan also delivers a brand-new Spa, a fifth dining destination, a Fitness Center expansion that nearly doubles its current size, two new covered Bocce courts (for a total of four covered), and much more. Together, these projects represent a bold investment in the future of Ibis, elevating our facilities, amenities, and overall lifestyle experience for generations to come.

The Club at Ibis implemented OUTRACE, a state-of-the-art outdoor gym, becoming the first private club in South Florida to do so. The gym has specific drills targeted at golfers and tennis players and is equipped with multiple suspension training systems for group exercise classes.
To address staff shortages in South Florida, we were the first Club to apply for and receive a Q-1 visa to hire year-round staff. We recruited in Italy and renovated and rebranded our Bistro into an Italian restaurant: Amici Ristorante. To qualify for the Q-1 Visa, we created extensive Italian cultural programming for our Members, including Italian-language classes, Italian film series, and Italian food-and-wine events.
We also added robotic range ball pickers (a first in Florida) to free up outside golf staff.
Ibis makes Members’ lives easier and more convenient with technology leading the way. Members have extra resources available at their fingertips through the Club’s mobile app and text program! These electronic portals are an easy way to access Club resources, including dining menus, events, wine selections, emergency information, and more.
DIGITAL SIGNAGE
Ibis utilizes a digital signage system with video content, social calendars and social media feeds. They are strategically placed throughout the Club to reach our Members about Club events and notices.
SOCIAL MEDIA
At Ibis, we fully embrace the evolving digital landscape and the growing impact of social media. With our Facebook following exceeding 10,000, we have a full-time, dedicated Social Media Specialist to enhance and oversee our Club’s content. This role is instrumental in keeping our Members engaged and informed about the exciting events and activities at Ibis, wherever they are. #LifeatIbis
